  • Air India Maharaja Club members
  • Garuda Indonesia GarudaMiles members
  • Air India Express (NeuPass) members are NOT eligible.
  • If you hold status with a different programme, you can register interest and we will notify you if a future opportunity becomes available.

Eligible countries:

  • Must be non-Malaysian nationals.

Enrich Member Status:

  • The Status Match is intended for eligible Enrich members who do not already hold Elite status.
  • Applicant must have an active Enrich account in good standing.

Each member is eligible for one (1) Status Match application per lifetime.

Application & Process

You may apply online via the Enrich Status Match portal.

You will be required to provide:

  • Your Enrich ID;
  • Proof of your airline elite status (e.g. membership card, digital profile, or account statement); and
  • Additional identification documents (if required for verification purposes).

Yes. The applicable application fee will be displayed before submission and must be paid at the time of application.

Applicants will be notified within 5 business days upon submission of complete information and supporting documents.

Once approved, the matched Enrich Elite status will be reflected in your Enrich account within the same timeframe.

If your application is not approved, you will be notified by email and your application fee will be refunded in accordance with the applicable terms.

No. Application fees are non-refundable once the Status Match application has been approved.

All applications are verified and processed by Loyalty Status Co. (LSC), Enrich’s appointed verification and processing partner.

Yes. Applications may be rejected if:

  • Submitted information or documents are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or unverifiable;
  • Eligibility requirements are not met; or
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

Eligible applicants may receive Enrich Silver, Gold, or Platinum status based on the applicable tier mapping determined by Enrich.

Your matched status is valid for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of approval and will expire on the last day of the twelfth (12th) month.

You may start enjoying your Enrich Elite benefits once the matched status is reflected in your Enrich account.

You will enjoy the standard Enrich Elite benefits applicable to your approved tier when travelling with Malaysia Airlines, Firefly, eligible oneworld and partner airlines, subject to applicable programme rules.

Yes. Platinum Companion Privilege is not applicable for Status-Matched Platinum members.

No. Your Enrich Elite membership card is only available digitally via the Malaysia Airlines mobile app (MHapp).

After the Promotional Period

After the 12-month period, your tier will revert to the applicable Enrich tier earned based on accumulated Elite Points.

To retain or renew your Enrich Elite status, you must earn the required Elite Points through eligible activities in accordance with the Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions.

Important Information

No. Status is matched based on your airline tier at the time of application and cannot be amended, upgraded, or reassessed after approval.

If you are close to upgrading or renewing your current airline elite status, Enrich recommends applying only after your new tier has been reflected.

Yes. Enrich reserves the right to suspend or revoke matched status in cases involving fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, suspicious activity, or breach of the Terms and Conditions.
